Our founder is not only a seasoned estimator but also a licensed Master Electrician who began his career in the field—wiring, troubleshooting, and managing electrical systems for office buildouts, retail renovations, and a wide range of commercial spaces. After spending over 20 years working directly with general contractors, property managers, and developers, he recognized a major gap in the industry: too many estimators lacked true field experience, and too many contractors were losing time and money on inaccurate bids.
